Location: Paris (11e arrondissement)
Mission: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Social Ads Manager for our different markets at Typology. The Senior Social Ads Manager will be responsible for all our social ads performance across markets and is a key role in the Growth team.
RESPONSABILITIES
- SMA Performance and budget optimisation : Ensure efficient use of the budget to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall campaign effectiveness. Conduct regular reviews of budget allocation, adjusting spend to optimize performance and meet financial goals.
- Channel Management Mastery: Your mission includes managing acquisition channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and any other relevant channels we aim to explore. You'll oversee the coordination and optimization of these channels, working closely with stakeholders to maximize their effectiveness in reaching target audiences and driving conversions.
- Assets Workflow : You'll be responsible for maintaining a consistent volume of visual assets, supplementing those produced by the creative team as needed. Collaborate with the creative team to brief and develop high-quality product ads that are visually appealing and on-brand and with the influence teams to produce authentic and engaging user-generated content (UGC) that enhances campaign performance.
- Brand Voice Guardianship: As a guardian of our brand's tone of voice, your mission involves managing campaigns and participating in asset creation while upholding our brand image. You'll work closely with the creative team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience, maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Proficiency in operational tasks on advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Pinterest Ads coupled with expertise in utilizing Google Analytics for insightful data analysis.
- Experience managing substantial media spend, we are first and foremost a digital company !
- Experience in management is a plus.
- Fluent in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in our multicultural environment.
PROFILE
- 4 years of experience (long apprenticeship can be included) as a Social Ads Manager, demonstrating a solid understanding of its dynamics and consumer behavior. Having worked in the cosmetic industry and directly to consumers is a plus.
- Embraces a "test & learn" mindset, actively seeking opportunities to experiment with new strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to brief and develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Demonstrates a curiosity about the market, staying abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
