Mission: Typology has an incredible growth in its first and domestic market - France - and is accelerating in its cross border expansion. In this context your mission will be at the heart of the Operations team located in our headquarters to ensure delivery excellence to our customers.

OUTCOMES

    • Track order fulfillment status and ensure timely shipment to customers
    • Maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system (WMS)
    • Assist with warehouse receiving processes, including verifying incoming shipments and ensuring proper storage.
    • Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment times, and other key metrics
    • Coordinate discussions with carriers, annual negotiations
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between warehouse inventory and system records
    • Maintain clear communication and collaboration with the warehouse team to address any operational issues
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse processes and inventory management

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : able to work with different teams and suppliers
    • Efficiency & results driven : able to track and challenge continuously operational KPIs and to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
    • Problem solving : able to find immediate solutions in the course of day-to-day operations
    • Autonomous : enjoy working independently with support from the manager whenever needed
    • Attention to details : being involved in daily tasks around business topics and supply/logistic processes
    • Analytical and forecasting skills : understanding the business needs & participation in the development of models
    • Fluent in French and English : we work with french and international partners and the position will require to nurture relationship with all stakeholders
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
