Brief Summary of Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Sr. TL to play a hands-on role in the design and development of our next generation products for the connected home and IoT domain.You will be required to have hands-on knowledge of the domain and MCU architecture along with in-depth hands-on experience in developing on Wi-Fi platform, while experience on Zigbee and BLE is nice to have. You will be engaged in developing the application, stack and hardware level on various MCUs. You will work closely with multiple stake-holders in a multi-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
* Development of Embedded SW using C/C++, on RTOS-based Microcontroller platforms.
* Create new and exciting smart and connected product on our platforms for customer specific applications.
* Design and develop innovative & highly optimized embedded systems integrating advanced communication protocols and navigation technologies.
* Design and develop software solution for the RCU and connected home environment using Wi-Fi, BLE & Zigbee for applications like thermostats, HVAC systems, sensors etc.
Engage with customers to define highly optimized solutions with special attention to the environment in a connected home Architect and Design embedded solutions to :
* Ensure optimal use of MCU resources (footprint, RAM, Ports etc).Design and develop reusable modules.
* Lead and facilitate resolution of technical issues.
* Provide technical direction to members of project team. Mentor and train junior engineers in developing optimal solutions.
Qualifications / Skills:
*BE/BTech/ ME/MTech in E&C.
*Overall 10+ years of related experience
*Extensive experience in System and Embedded Software design, algorithm development and optimization.
*Extensive experience in Embedded hardware& Microcontroller architectures as well as Embedded C development and Software Development methodologies.
*In depth knowledge of RTOS
*Experience with RF technologies & standards. Wi-Fi is MUST (Zigbee, BLE or Bluetooth are nice to have).
*Hands on knowledge of hardware debugging tools and methodologies
