Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.  Tìm kiếm, phát triển nhà cung cấp nội địa theo lộ trình công ty/Seek and develop domestic suppliers according to the company roadmap.
2.  Hỗ trợ hồ sơ đánh giá nhà cung cấp/ Support supplier evaluation documents.
3.  Xử lý hồ sơ tạo mã nhà cung cấp mới/ Process documents to create new supplier codes.
4.  Xử lý báo giá nhà cung cấp và xin phê duyệt báo giá theo quy trình/ Process supplier quotes and request price approval according to company procedures.
5.  Xử lý đăng ký dữ liệu hàng hóa và thao tác nghiệp vụ trên hệ thống/ Handling commodity data registration and doing operations on the system.
6.  Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để đẩy nhanh quá trình phát triển sản phẩm mẫu/ Coordinate with relevant departments to accelerate the sample product development process.
7.  Xử lý các công việc khác do quản lý yêu cầu/ Handle other tasks requested by management.

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience
1. Bachelor’s or University and college degree holder.
2. Preferred candidates majoring in Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Supply chain management or other relavant disciplines.
3. Preferred 2-3 years’ experience of direct purchase in the electronics purchasing field.
4. Professional in MS office especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
5. Good communication in English. Priority is given to people who can communicate in Chinese Mandarin as well.
6. Strong negotiation and analytical skill.
 
 Work Conditions
1.       48hours per week.
2.       Working in the office, the production area.
3.       Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
