Tech Support & Services Representative with a strong service mindset, fluent German and English, and a passion for helping customers across the German and US markets.

What You’ll Do

    • As part of our international Customer Service Center, you’ll be the first point of contact for consumers in Germany and the United States, and beyond—providing top-notch support across phone, email, and online channels.

    • Your key responsibilities:
    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and web platforms (e.g., Amazon reviews/Q&A).
    • roubleshoot product issues and deliver clear, solution-focused answers.
    • Upgrade and program remote controls, and handle product exchanges.
    • Support website content review and translate or proofread German and/or English content.
    • Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
    • Prioritize your workload independently while staying aligned with team KPIs.

What You Bring

    • MBO level 3 education (or equivalent).
    • Fluent German and English—both written and spoken.
    • Strong written communication and a friendly, clear speaking voice.
    • Affinity with technology, mobile apps, and smart home products.
    • Customer service or tech support experience is a plus.
    • Organized, flexible, and able to stay calm under pressure.
    • Customer-focused and results-driven, always seeking the best solution.

Nice to Have (or Willing to Learn):

    • Experience with support systems like Coosto, Aloha, AFAS, EZ Remote, Yellow Pages.
    • Knowledge of product categories like:
    • Remote controls, wall mounts, antennas, headphones, chargers, cables, etc.
    • Familiarity with B2C platforms and consumer behavior on Amazon, eBay, etc.
