Within our Project Management team (7 Fte), we have a vacancy for:

Program Manager
The Program Manager will be focusing on projects in our fast growing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and Home Automation channels, covering connected thermostats, sensors, and supporting devices in Europe.

The Program Manager must understand and translate the (customer) requirements/ expectations into a project plan that the development team uses to develop and produce the required product. The Program Manager is accountable for planning, budget and cost control, as well as providing good quality of deliverables during the program development (KPI’s).
 
The Program Manager works in a (global) cross-functional team and operates as a respected leader. They must use excellent communication skills and leadership skills to address the diverse interests of internal and external stakeholders. The position also requires occasional travel and a “do whatever it takes” mindset. 

Job profile:

    • Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer or similar; MBA is a plus
    • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, managing complex developments requiring software & hardware integration
    • International work environment
    • Experience in consumer RF product development. Ideally HVAC, connected thermostat or Residential IoT OEM experience is required
    • Technical knowledge/understanding of electronic (RF) products using different radio’s is a plus (Zigbee, Wifi, Z-wave, Bluetooth, RF4CE, etc.)
    • Project management practices and development principles (eg. PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, Agile, ScrumStrong Leadership and mentoring skills and experience in (functional) managing a project team
