Position Summary
1. Handle the APJob (and general accountant job), Check accounting documents.
2. Cash flow report.
3. Closing schedule and Generate GL transaction (closing schedule by GAAP and covert to VAS report)
4. Cost of goods sold by VAS.
5. Other tasks assigned by the management (Declare FCWT, others report…)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The duties listed below are intended only as examples of the various types of work that you may be asked to perform. You may be asked to perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
1. Handle the AP job and general accountant job together.
2. Check accounting documents (Matching between Legal invoice, PO/PR, Contract, Delivery note, Company system, and relevant documents..) with other partners (Purchasing, WH, a related party, vendors…)
3. Handle AP report (AP aging, AP reconciliation, keying in a document into the system, checking and preparing the report, …)
4. Compare and check Custom declarations with Accounting report
5. Tax quarterly report (if any) (FCWT..)
6. Monthly report to HIZA (Monthly), and other reports to authorities as an assignment
7. Accrued expenses by monthly, distribution salary, and revaluation exchange rate… to prepare the closing schedule.
8. Cost of goods sold by VAS.
9. Other tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience
1. Experience in the Accounting field is prefer ( special in manufacturing companies )
2. Can work and communicate in English or Chinese ( both languages are preferred)

1. Graduated from University or college in a relevant field.
