Brief Summary of Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement Test Plan, test strategy, test cases, test execution and test reports for various testing like unit, regression, functional, performance, etc.
· Independently perform impact analysis and recommend effective test methods for the project under test
· To work towards test automation and standardization of test cases and test scripts
· To facilitate and participate in test plan reviews and to contribute effectively
· Ensure project compliance with Quality processes and fulfillment of software release criteria
Qualification/Skills:
- BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech in E&C or E&E or Instrumentation Technology
- 7+ years of Industry experience
- Hands on experience on black box testing; white box testing experience desirable
- Basic knowledge of analog/digital hardware debugging, C, Assembly, configuration management tools and Quality Processes
- Knowledge of Python or Any other scripting language in an added advantage
- Good computer skills along with an understanding of basic hardware
