Join us as a Product Compliance Assistant (PCA) and help us ensure our products are safe, sustainable, and fully compliant with international regulations.
What You’ll Do
- As our PCA, you’ll play a key role in supporting our environmental and product safety compliance efforts. You’ll ensure that our products meet regulatory requirements and support sustainability data initiatives across the organization.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Stay current on EU and global regulations such as REACH, WEEE, ESPR, CSRD, and more, and share insights internally and externally.
- Assist in identifying compliance gaps and support improvements across business processes.
- Collect and manage product compliance and sustainability data.
- Analyze data for accuracy and consistency, and prepare it for sustainability calculations and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Manufacturing, ESG, and Quality.
- Support compliance-related processes with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or in the final year of study) in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related compliance field.
- A strong interest in regulatory compliance (e.g. REACH, RoHS, RED, ESPR, CE, FCC).
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and experience with compliance or product data systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Open-minded, flexible, and service-oriented.
Who You’ll Work With
- Internally:
- You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and ESG Compliance teams.
- Externally:
- You’ll liaise with UEI factories, contract manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party compliance partners.
