We are looking for a Sr. Tech Lead / Technical Architect to play a hands-on role in the design and development of our next generation products for the connected home and IoT domain. As a Technical Architect, you will be required to have hands-on knowledge of the domain and MCU architecture along with in-depth hands-on experience in developing on one of - Bluetooth, Zigbee or Wi-Fi domains. You will be engaged in developing the application, stack and hardware level on various MCUs. You will work closely with multiple stake-holders in a multi-functional environment . You will report to Director of Firmware Engineering.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Embedded, low energy device development with C, ARM,RTOS- based Microcontroller platforms, Wi-Fi communication, BLE, Zigbee and other RF platforms
- Create new and exciting smart and connected product on our platforms for customer specific applications
- Design and develop innovative & highly optimized embedded systems integrating advanced communication protocols and navigation technologies
- Design and develop software solution for the RCU and connected home environment using Wi-Fi, BLE & Zigbee for applications like thermostats, HVAC systems, sensors etc
- Engage with customers to define highly optimized solutions with special attention to the environment in a connected home
- Leadership:
- Lead and facilitate resolution of technical issues.
- Provide technical direction to members of project team. Mentor and train junior engineers in developing optimal solutions.
Skills and Experience:
- BE/BTech/ ME/MTech in E&C.
- Overall 12+ years of related experience
- Extensive experience in System and Embedded Software design, algorithm development and optimization.
- Extensive experience in Embedded hardware & Microcontroller architectures as well as Embedded C development and Software Development methodologies.
- Experience with RF technologies & standards e.g. Wi-Fi, RF4CE, BLE, Zigbee
- Hands on knowledge of hardware debugging tools and methodologies
