Responsibilities
· Make and follow up the quality plan of the new projects and mass production projects
· Assist the related department to fulfill the quality target and ensure new projects comply the company's target prior to mass production.
· Follow up and resolve customer complaints (including the complaint from NPI stage)
· Plan and coordinate the QE daily work
· Coordinate with supervisor and other production department
· Support other departments such as QC and QA.
· Prepare the inspection and experiment method and criterion, guide the QC and QA implement same
· Responsible for the English report translation
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
· 3 years experiences in the foreign owned factory
· Good English reading and comprehensive ability
· Familiar with electronic application technology
· Ability to solve quality issues and customer complaints.
· Experience with the production process and inspection method of electronic products.
· Knowledge of quality system (5S, ISO9001 and ISO14000)
· Strong organization and coordination skills
