Seeking a hands-on, energetic, assertive, motivated, and experienced Manufacturing Test Systems Development Lead engineer to join an international test development team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for hands-on electrical development, programming, debugging and optimization in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) test station development.

The ideal candidate will have a broad production test and automation background, with a thorough understanding of how to automate testing for a high-volume consumer electronics production environment. Familiarity with common quality assurance practices for qualifying production test stations and methods are a plus.

This high visibility role will work closely across functional departments with product design engineering, production engineering, quality engineering and operations during product development, NPI and mass production stages.

1.Serve as the Vietnam technical lead and point of contact for an international team of test systems development engineers.
Đóng vai trò là trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật tại Việt Nam và là đầu mối liên hệ của nhóm kỹ sư phát triển hệ thống thử nghiệm quốc tế.
2.Hands-on engineer to work closely with other TSD engineers, and lead, mentor, and motivate junior engineers to meet production test objectives.
Kỹ sư thực hành để hợp tác chặt chẽ với các kỹ sư TSD khác, đồng thời lãnh đạo, cố vấn và thúc đẩy các kỹ sư cấp dưới đáp ứng các mục tiêu thử nghiệm sản xuất.
3. Research new test methods and look for opportunities to improve production test efficiency.

4. Coordinate and work closely as part of the TSD team to achieve production test objectives.

5.RF Test Tool Development including BT, BLE, WIFI, ZigBee, and RF4CE.

6. Drive standardization of test methodology of specific features.

9. Drive Yield Improvement, Cycle Time Reduction and Cost & Quality enhancements.
Thúc đẩy cải thiện năng suất, giảm thời gian chu kỳ và cải thiện chi phí & chất lượng.
10.Support the transition of test stations from NPI to MP.
Hỗ trợ chuyển trạm kiểm tra từ NPI sang MP.
11.Create and provide the necessary documentation for a successful handoff to the factory.
Tạo và cung cấp các tài liệu cần thiết để bàn giao thành công cho nhà máy.
12.Attend production test meetings and factory audits with key customers.
Tham dự các cuộc họp kiểm tra sản xuất và đánh giá nhà máy với các khách hàng quan trọng.
13. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.

Supervisory Responsibilities – List Teams/Groups/Trách nhiệm Giám sát – Liệt kê Đội/Nhóm:
1.Serve as the lead engineer for the test system development department at UVN factory under Director’s assignments.
Làm kỹ sư trưởng cho bộ phận phát triển hệ thống thử nghiệm tại nhà máy UVN theo sự phân công của Giám đốc.
Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience/Trình độ, kiến thức và kinh nghiệm:
1. Familiarity with Firmware, ARM, PLC, UART/HID control is a plus.
Có kinh nghiệm với điều khiển Firmware, ARM, PLC, UART/HID là một lợi thế.
2.Fixture/Jig design experience, familiar with the pneumatic/clamp structure design.
Kinh nghiệm thiết kế Fixture/Jig, quen thuộc với thiết kế cơ cấu khí nén/kẹp.
3. Good understanding of standard/non-standard fixture/station structure (RF/Audio/IR/Programming).
Hiểu biết tốt về cấu trúc thiết bị cố định/trạm tiêu chuẩn/không tiêu chuẩn (RF/Audio/IR/Programming).
4. Rich experience of fixture parts/module selection.
Kinh nghiệm tốt về lựa chọn linh kiện/mô-đun cố định.
5. Familiar with Pro-E/UG/CAD (at least one of them).
Quen thuộc với Pro-E/UG/CAD (Biết ít nhất một trong số các ứng dụng này).
6. Concept DFM design at the beginning of project and review/validate fixture on-site.

7. Good office and presentation skills (PPT/Excel).
Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng và thuyết trình (PPT/Excel) tốt.
8. CNC fixture design/manufacture experience will be plus.

To be successful in applying for this role, the candidate should meet the following requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechatronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.

2. Good English/Vietnamese communication skills required (Mandarin is a plus).
Yêu cầu kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh/Việt tốt (biết tiếng phổ thông Trung Quốc là một lợi thế).
3. Minimum of 5 years in High Volume Manufacturing Test, and 3 years in a management role.
Ít nhất 5 năm trong thử nghiệm sản xuất số lượng lớn và 3 năm ở vị trí quản lý.
4. Have hands-on test experience and understanding of how to test RF and audio products (ie. Bluetooth, BLE, WiFi, etc.)

5. Familiarity with testing consumer IOT and remote-control products.

6. Programming with common languages such as Python, C#, LabVIEW, and others.

7. Knowledge and understanding of common test and measurement equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.

8. Clearly communicate issues, concerns, and findings to the design engineer and factory manager.

9. Research and recommend solutions to complex production test problems.
Nghiên cứu và đề xuất giải pháp cho các vấn đề thử nghiệm sản xuất phức tạp.
10. Familiar with electronic circuit design and NPI development process before mass production.
Quen thuộc với thiết kế mạch điện tử và quy trình phát triển NPI trước khi sản xuất hàng loạt.
11. Familiar with fast design of hardware for product testing.
Làm quen với thiết kế nhanh phần cứng để thử nghiệm sản phẩm.
12. Familiar with QA metrics such as Cpk and Gage R&R analysis and their use in production testing.
