Your mission: You will prospect and manage a set of enterprise accounts in Yugoslavia. You will unleash your entrepreneurial spirit, think big and proactively engage our entire ecosystem in order to grow some of them through large platform deals. This is a key role in a dynamic and fast-moving team.

You bring multiple years of software / software solution sales experience within several industries.
You are a self-starter who enjoys a team environment and is comfortable working hands-on in all aspects of go-to-market. Your voice and input will be highly valued at UiPath, and you will be expected to share your inspiration and vision within the organization as a whole. Most of all, you love what you do, and it comes across in the way you present yourself. UiPath is in hypergrowth and we are looking for someone hungry!

This position can be based anywhere in Yugoslavia.

This is what you’ll do at UiPath:

    • Act as the main point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned accounts
    • Identify new opportunities within our existing and prospective Enterprise Accounts, and engage meaningfully and long-term with C-level and Executive decision makers
    • Understand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunities
    • Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
    • Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets and company goals
    • Collaborate with internal teams (like Technical sales support and Customer success) to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and create a seamless and consistent customer experience
    • Develop network of strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners thereby enhancing UiPath’s industry mindshare; maintain a high-level understanding of the industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace

This is what you’ll bring to our team:

    • Multiple years of software / software solution sales experience, managing big deals at C-level
    • Successful track record of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects, strong background in large account planning and expansion, understanding both the direct and channel sales landscape
    • Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team, energetic, with positive attitude and highly motivated
    • Ability to establish trust and credibility with customers and team
    • Willingness for extensive travel post-covid
