Your Mission: As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with Asia Pacific (APAC) Go-To-Market (GTM) and Delivery Leaders, multiple departments and engineering/product teams to contribute towards a growing book of service engagements, ensure automation engagements and initiatives are correctly solutioned, optimally resourced and delivered within budget time, scope, quality, and cost constraints. Initially focused on South Korea, you will simultaneously provide planning, management and leadership-by-example to multiple projects and assigned teams of diverse talents drawn across the globe.    
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be discouraged or hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Not only must you be able to develop and drive high-level strategic programs / projects, but will also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done, whether process analysis, solution design, implementation review or client training.  

This is what you'll do at UPath

    • Understand market competitive landscape, partner GTM teams to promote UiPath’s service offerings to clients and resellers, and demonstrate the value of UiPath Services.
    • Lead effort to scope, solution and estimate effort, resource and cost requirements to support creation of GTM proposals and RFP responses, including integration and risks.
    • Ensure delivery margins are met/exceed and support account mining to expand UiPath’s service footprint and build rapport with client and reseller stakeholders.
    • Define skills, identify resources, size up expertise (or lack thereof) and pre-assemble project delivery team early in the selling lifecycle, modifying as sales progress to closure and converting to delivery team upon contract award.
    • Engineer technical solution and delivery model with services GTM to make ROI business case for client’s economic buyer to purchase UiPath Services
    • Own the full lifecycle of RPA and custom solutions and programs from presales to order, initiation to handover and support and operations.
    • Provide outstanding services presales, solution design, programmatic, SME and resourcing support to GTM Leaders.    
    • Ensure client and internal stakeholders are managed effectively and updated on progress with risks, dependencies and issues managed with risk registry and mitigated.
    • Attend and minute all program/project meetings and work closely with client RPA COE and Services PMO to ensure all services are delivered and automations are aligned with client strategic objectives so that time-cards and milestone completion forms are signed off promptly with invoicing initiated.
    • Develop detailed and effective plans and monitor all aspects of program / project / workstream lifecycle, including scope, change and release management.
    • Ensure all documentation and deliverables, including hands-on where necessary, are fit for purpose, follow UiPath recommended standards and of consistently high quality.
    • Coordinate and motivate internal resources and external subcontractors to deliver client outcomes as sold, including ensuring their availability and allocation.
    • Conduct internal and client-facing program/project status meetings and present such reports as required including progress against plan, billings, resource utilization, service credits drawdown and incurred costs.
    • Provide weekly status summary of all programs and projects assigned and escalate to management as needed.
    • Be customer and partner first.
    • Drive client references and document case studies including identifying and sharing new uses for UiPath.             

This is what you'll bring to our team

    • 8+ years of experience in client-facing technology solutioning, project, program and/or delivery management roles focused on software development and systems integration, ideally in an RPA/AI role at a Global System Integrator or Big 4 or equivalent Consulting Practice. Candidates with greater depth and breath of skills and experience will be considered for Senior position.
    • Experience in various agile, waterfall, SDLC and hybrid methodologies and continuous integration. 
    • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing and conflicting priorities simultaneously. 
    • Experience in building processes, designing solutions, managing delivery, managing change and scheduling releases on a regional/global scale. 
    • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic and unpredictable environment. 
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions. 
    • Ability to work in a hectic and changing environment where continuous innovation is expected. 
    • Exceptional experience in adapting plans, schedules, WBS and resources to dynamically changing workstream patterns measured in days.
    • Self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and product adoption.
    • PMP / PRINCE II certification mandatory with Scrum a definite advantage.
    • Previous experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Open Span, UiPath, etc.
    • Excellent Korean written and verbal communication skills with business proficiency in English. Other language skills are a plus.  
    • Experience with Jira, Azure Devops (VSTS), Productboard is a plus.
    • Excellent individual performer and team player with servant leadership skills
    • Willing and able to travel 50% (post COVID-19).
