We are looking for an experienced agile project manager responsible for setting up, maintaining, and executing a project management program enabling agile team leads to efficiently report the status of projects from inception through production. Success is measured by providing transparency and consistency in reporting project status, follow-ups, blocking issues, and delivery against commitments. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and collaboration skills, be a natural problem solver, and have a passion for delivering for our customers. This role reports to the CTO but helps hold us all accountable for our commitments.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in a saas or mobile environment with a continuous delivery culture
- Strong understanding of product development & agile methodologies
- Technical background or passion for knowing how things work
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple roles and stakeholders
- Collaborate well in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team
- Fintech product and/or startup working experience preferred but not required
- Must live and be able to legally work in the USA
- This is a full-time salaried role
