As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our technology infrastructure's efficient and effective operation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our hardware, systems, and providing support to our team members.

Responsibilities

    • Managing and maintaining our computer systems, servers, and networks
    • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving them in a timely manner
    • Installing and configuring software applications, operating systems, and other technology solutions
    • Monitoring the performance of our systems, and identifying areas for improvement
    • Maintaining security and data privacy across all systems and networks
    • Providing technical support to team members, and assisting them with any IT-related issues
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and making recommendations for improvements to our systems and infrastructure

Education, Experience and Key Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT role
    • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software applications
    • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
    • Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
