Partner Relationship Sr. Manager/Program Manager – Channel Alliances and Partnerships         
Uniphore seeks a Partner Relationship manager for focusing on the sales burndown of our existing partners. This role  will be based out of India. This role will support Director – Channel Alliance & Partnerships (Farming) for generating revenue through engaging with partners – BPOs, ITES and Sis globally through understanding their KPIs and Problem Statements and helping them utilize Uniphore products to gain returns on their investments.. He/She will manage and maintain relationships with the partners for their day to day operational requirements and explore all opportunities to sell and promote Uniphore products and services.
Rapid market share gain by partnering with BPO, ITES and SI Companies in India–Channel, Alliances & Partnership team works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where innovative ideas and creative minds meet to drive significant market share through partner collaboration and field success. We are hiring highly skilled BPO professionals who also have knowledge of the trending technologies and visons of today’s ITES and BPO industry, someone who understand both; the customer and the clients and can engage to make the partnership stronger.

 You need to be a highly motivated team player with deep expertise working in a contact centers, automation, RPA and a flair for fast paced, cross-functional work environment. You should have the ability to establish broad mid and senior level relationships. You should have a proven track record delivering results and getting things done. You should be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with partners, sales and executive leaders in BPOs and contact centers.

Key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including product development, product marketing, sales, alliances, marketing, legal, operations. You will need to maintain a deep understanding of Uniphore technology offerings and articulate Uniphore’ s propositions to channel partners and corporate enterprise clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain and enhance partner relationship with the mid and senior management
    • Manage Day to Day account activities and coordination
    • Drive sales initiatives to grow existing client base and increase their adoption of our Uniphore services
    • Monitor, manage and enhance the product utilization for all of Uniphore partners
    • Promote and propose Uniphore’s analytics solutions to partners to enable their business goals and objectives
    • Independently carryout meetings/discussions with partners and internal stakeholders to interpret solution requirements.
    • Foster with a positive approach towards each task, innovate and take risks where required
    • Influence and contribute to Uniphore’s product roadmap based on partner inputs.
    • Manage account setup and maintain accounts on Uniphore Product Catalogue.
    • Ensure on-time execution of technical integrations and deliver service excellence with appropriate coordination during implementation.
    • Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, business development, product management and engineering to deliver customized implementation plans to select clients.
    • Keeping multiple support systems updated (e.g. Salesforce)
    • Actively respond to escalations for both Partner and Clients relating to integration issues, discrepancies, Safety etc.
