We are looking for a performance marketing expert to build and grow our digital marketing program.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for multiple channels to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic and quality, improve conversion rates, drive pipeline and generate revenue.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, data-driven tactician with proven expertise in B2B digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
· Strategize, execute, manage, and optimize global digital marketing programs.
· Manage the forecast, budget pacing, measurement, analysis, and reporting for global digital efforts — including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and awareness metrics.
· Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance, improve conversion and ROI.
· Partner with the broader marketing team to plan, execute and optimize campaign and brand promotions.
· Conduct ongoing competitive research to help inform digital strategies and targeting. Keep current with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B tech, driving lead gen and awareness programs.
· Proven track record of building and executing global performance marketing programs that directly drive revenue efficiently.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and driving demand through a multiple touchpoint customer journey.
· Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
· Clear understanding of sales funnel dynamics; strong knowledge of marketing, demand generation and lead management.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with major ad platforms, content syndication, newsletter ads, display, GA4 and Salesforce.
