Role Requirement
Exp: 8 to 14 Years
· Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network hardware.
Must have very good working knowledge of Azure/Amazon Cloud & Web Services Platform, Products & Services
Good understanding of core networking concepts: VLANs, layer2/3 routing, access lists & load balancing
· Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. Ability to implement, administer and troubleshoot.
Job Requirements
Key Accountabilities
· Designing, Planning, Migrating and Implementing Active Directory, such as:
· Design and planning experience in environments with 2,500+ users.
· Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot Directory Synchronization and Federation Services for Azure AD
· Ability to manage Azure AD services including user, groups, device management, application management and conditional access
· DNS/DHCP & Group Policy Design
· Experience in creating and maintaining document for the Azure VDI environment, including architecture diagram, configuration guides and standard operating procedures.
· Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in VDI and cloud computing and apply the knowledge to improve the Azure VDI environment. Proven experience with AD security and the best practices
· Proven experience with Virtualization, Storage, Compute, Cloud (AZURE), Network, Backups and Automation/Scripting (Powershell)
· Ability to manage and maintaining the Azure VDI environment, including monitoring, and troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring the environment is secure
· Experience in designing the ON Prem AD server with Hybrid Azure Sync
· Work closely with other IT teams to ensure that identity management systems are integrated with other systems and applications
· Should have hands on experience in O365, Intune and MDM
· Should have hands on experience handling servers like Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022
· Best practices of patching the servers
· Best practices tied to security, performance, hardware, networking, scripting, and backup and recovery
· Active Directory hands on experience in a multi-site/multi-domain/multi-forest environment are required.
· Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD, including Group Policy, Federation, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
· Strong experience with IP Address Management solutions
· Strong experience with AD enterprise certificate services, rights management server, AD federation services, and identity manager
· Experience with Active Directory consolidation/migration (Quest migration Experience and using ADMT a plus)
· Experience running Active Directory health checks
Knowledge in AWS is an added advantage
