As a Senior AI Product Manager for Large Language Models, you will spearhead the strategic vision and development of Uniphore's AI product portfolio centered around advanced language models. Leveraging your recognized expertise in the field, you will provide guidance and leadership to enhance the capabilities and performance of our large language models, focusing on aspects such as accuracy, latency/concurrency, cost-effectiveness and multi-modality. This role requires you to be an industry authority, contributing to groundbreaking product research and innovation. 

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with AI Labs and Engineering teams to establish partnerships and collaborations, while overseeing integration efforts. 
    • Define and prioritize precise product requirements, informed by your profound domain knowledge of large language models. 
    • Lead engineering teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring smooth integration and deployment of AI models. 
    • Stay abreast of partner roadmaps and release schedules to construct an AI technology roadmap for seamless integration. 
    • Partner with Product Management and AI/Engineering leadership to align integration work with Uniphore's overarching product roadmap and release cadence. 
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to synchronize the AI product roadmap with marketing, operations, and essential milestones. 
    • Regularly furnish progress reports on integration efforts to Product Management leadership and operational teams. 
    • Ensure comprehensive documentation accompanies new integrations and updates to existing ones. 
    • Act as a central point of contact for inquiries from diverse business units regarding integrations. 
    • Regularly stay informed about state-of-the-art advancements in large language models

Experience / Qualifications

    • Possesses a minimum of 7 years of experience in delivering AI-powered products, including at least 5 years of dedicated Product Management expertise. 
    • Demonstrated mastery in large language models and multimodal models, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI products. 
    • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields. 
    • Exhibits exceptional analytical prowess, strategic thinking, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. 
    • Combines meticulous attention to detail with the ability to innovate and tackle challenges on both a macro and micro scale. 
    • Flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, skillfully navigating ambiguity.
$124,900 - $174,500 a year
The anticipated base salary hiring range for this position is:  
New York: $124,900 to $174,500 + 10% variable
The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
