Role description:

As an Integration engineer in sales engineering group person will work alongside clients, and business partner providing functional and technical expertise.
Understand and think in strategic direction and business objectives established by clients in Conversation service industry and contact centre industry. Keen understanding of the client’s business and domain. Opportunities and solutions to integrate Uniphore products into partners and clients CCaaS tools and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities
·       Represent Uniphore and be the face of organization in front of customers & partners.
·       Successful integration / implementation of tools with Uniphore products
·       Participate in business requirements and scope meeting.
·       Collaborate with internal and external customers, business analysts, etc. to support implementation and documentation of the solution.
·       Own the responsibility of driving the integration and testing of Uniphore’ s products along with CCaaS & CRM tools.
·       Product solutions especially with tools in Partners environments on the Infrastructure side
·       Participate in the design and testing phases along with solution and product teams.
·       Task assignment / tracking status and reporting / Team Management
·       Understand customer needs and requirements about Uniphore product-based solutions along with their CCaaS & CRM tools. 
·       Drive and own the documentation of procedures, technical notes, configurations etc.
·       Commit to continual learning on the ever-changing product and platform ecosystem.
·       Collaborate with account executives and other cross-functional partners throughout the project.

Key Skills & Experience
·       2+ years’ experience required in managing the tools integration projects.
·       Must have experience with Infrastructure technologies, network, IP, Info Security, Cloud etc.
·       Must have experience in managing Amazon AWS cloud platforms.
·       Experience with deploying products in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
·       Experience with one or more Contact Centre software suites such as Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, Nice InContact, Twilio, Avaya, Exotel, or Genesys etc.
·       Previous experience with outbound Contact Centre products is a plus with Conversation AI domain knowledge.
·       General understanding of analytics, AI & ML space.
·       Demonstrated excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, as well as being able to explain technical concepts.
Intellectual curiosity, learning ability, innovation, time management, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:
Engineering bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Information Technology or similar
