Unison commenced operations in 2003 and today invests in real estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewables tenants in the United States and Europe. The Company is expanding rapidly and looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members to grow with us. 

We seek a Sales Director / Director of Origination in France to advance our mission by sourcing and securing attractive investment opportunities in telecommunications.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators that source and close on telecom ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure acquisitions.
Identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators to source and close ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure transactions.
Build relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities and increase the value and revenue from the Company’s asset portfolio.
A background in telecommunications real estate.
Real estate negotiation and closing experience.
Business-to-Consumer direct sales, including outbound dialing.
Business development experience and existing relationships with telecommunications providers a plus.
Experience leading sales teams preferred.
An entrepreneur from an institutional background who seeks a new challenge.
