Unison is a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm funded in partnership with Ardian - the global investment house based in Paris with over $150 billion in assets under management. Unison commenced operations in 2003 and today invests in real estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewables tenants in the United States and Europe. The Company is expanding rapidly and looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members to grow with us.
The Challenge:
Build relationships with current asset owners and their representatives.
Recruit, hire, train, and manage your own origination team.
Advise Unison’s lead generation team on customer data, marketing, appointment settings, CRM, and other support functions for your team.
Partner with Unison’s internal legal team on due diligence.
Remain current on all developments in the digital real estate space.
Experience:
A background in origination – finance, real estate, telecom, or renewables.
Prior experience as an origination leader.
Personal character:
Enthusiasm for the asset class.
Equal parts ability to bring big ideas and execute on them.
A person who shares our values.
