·       General support of Unison’s Regional General Counsel - Europe
·       Managing the closing process from start to finish, proofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency
·       Liaising with brokers, and occasionally with Site Owners, e.g., regarding land split
·       Assisting legal due diligence, Property due diligence (leases; title)
·       Management and organization of all documentation on SharePoint
·       Reporting on Pre-Close diligence, Closing Statements, Finance Review
·       Assisting with notarial deeds, helping to oversee the legal and notary process from start to finish
·       Managing and overseeing the payment process at all closings
·       Weekly coordination meetings, update trackers
·       Multi-tasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high-quality work product within stated deadlines.
Working alongside GC EU and external counsel to:
1.      Manage Lux corporate documentation - board minutes, shareholder resolutions.  
2.      Documentation to move money (debt, equity, distributions / repatriations, etc.)
3.      Corporate documentation for all entities incorporated in Luxembourg
4.      Compliance, statutory filings, etc. and general corporate governance
5.      Support Pan European intercompany documentation
Work alongside Origination teams, GC EU, and local counsel to:
1.      Manage the Polish and German closing process for site acquisitions.
2.      Facilitate processes between pricing, origination, legal, finance and the management team.
3.      Complete internal documentation – spreadsheets etc.
4.      Instruct lawyers to deal with new site acquisitions, and help to manage legal relationships
5.      Training for internal team
6.      Participate in all relevant calls 
•      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Real Estate related field is required
The successful candidate will bring a high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture, including:
·       Minimum of five years of experience as a real estate paralegal.
·       Preferred experience related to real estate, telecommunications, and leasing transactions.
·       Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently, set priorities, and motivate others to do the same.
·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal effectively with multiple, simultaneous deadlines and projects.
·       Languages: English – intermediate both written and spoken (B2 level); Polish and German- native/fluent
