What you’re responsible for 
·        Leading the strategy project team to ensure project financial targets are met
·        Leading pitch presentations on Strategy and Design and the Unispace methodology to win new business,
·        Leading innovation for the studio team
·        Strategy resource allocation to emphasise winning design and delivery services through strategy
·        Developing and managing key client relationships
·        Building Unispace brand locally to drive increased strategy and design opportunities with target clients
·        Driving collaboration across studio teams to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace methodology
·        Leading a high performing innovative strategy project  team
·        Collaborating with the other studio Principals to ensure the Strategy team meets the needs of the local studio by leveraging the full capability of the regional strategy talent pool
·        Implementing global and regional strategy standards/practices, processes and technology solutions across studios to enhance Unispace’s global capability and effectiveness
·        Collaborating with studio Principals, where required, to develop and implement risk management plans and ensuring appropriate action is taken when risks arise e.g. legal, reputational and financial risks

Work experience
·        Led strategy team at the studio level in a top tier organisation
·        Demonstrated capability delivering projects
·        Diverse breadth of experience
·        Pitching for success with high profile clients
·        Experience in conducting quantitative and/or qualitative research
·        Successful public speaking
Technical knowledge, skills or other requirements
·        Thorough understanding of workplace research, metrics and strategy models, e.g. activity based working, Agile working, etc.
·        Understanding of organisation design and development model
·        Project financial management
