Business / Financial

    • Creating a win strategy/map
    • Developing and executing the client relations strategy in line with our 80/20 methodology
    • Developing local client insights and analytics in collaboration with Business Development to support the continuous evolution of our strategy
    • Reporting on Key Performance Indicators and issues to Regional Client Relationship Principal
    • Developing and executing project specific strategy
    • Maintain constant insight into project and client profitability throughout the process

Client / Stakeholder

    • Maintaining and growing client strategies locally
    • Building local client strategies around focus areas (geographic/industry)
    • Undertaking CRP analysis of results and reporting to Region
    • Mapping and managing key client relationships (new, existing and previous contacts and firms)
    • Building local client strategies (CEO/Industry)

People / Team

    • Collaborating across disciplines, regions and within studios
    • Ensuring buy in from all disciplines on strategy
    • Ensuring the culture, values and behaviors of team members across the local discipline are aligned to the organization
    • Creating culture of high engagement regionally and locally
    • Leading a high performing team
    • Building team capability
    • Resourcing cross discipline project teams effectively

Job Specific -Operational Excellence, Risk etc.

    • Implementing and supporting Corporate Social Responsibility program
    • Driving Client Relations standards/practices, processes and technology solutions within the Studio to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the organization
    • Developing and implementing local risk management plan in collaboration with CR, ensuring appropriate action is taken when risks arise e.g. Legal, reputational and financial risks
