The San Francisco Delivery Principal is a key leadership role.  They are responsible for a high performing delivery team and for the integration across all disciplines in delivering our unique methodology to our clients.  


Delivery Team Leadership 

Leading and developing a high performing innovative Delivery team 

Driving local project delivery best practices, processes and technology. 

Building team capabilities 

Undertaking lessons learned project reviews 

Project Execution Excellence 

Developing and executing the San Francisco delivery strategy and goals in line with our methodology. 

Ensuring projects meet their goals for client satisfaction, quality, timeliness and profitability. 

Ensuring projects are properly scoped, negotiated and set up for success.  

Developing and managing key client relationships 

Ensuring local risk management plans are implemented. 

Studio Leadership 

Leading the integration of disciplines (strategy, client relations, business development, marketing & communications, design, project management) to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace methodology 

Collaborating with the Studio management team to ensure the workforce plans and organization structure meet the needs of the Studio and region, leveraging the full capability of our talent pool 

Creating a culture of high engagement  

Ensuring the culture, values and behaviors of our people across the Studio are aligned to the organization 

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Construction 

10+ years in the T/I market; a minimum of 5 in the San Francisco market 

5+ years of people management experience 

Strong relationships with both union/non-union subcontractors in San Francisco required 

Knowledge and experience with the requirements of San Francisco DOB required
