The Talent Engagement and Acquisition Coordinator will support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires. The primary responsibility of this role is providing support to our national recruiting team, crafting job descriptions and maintaining our database with accurate candidate information.
Someone who is familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods; experience with the design and production of sales and marketing collateral; something here assisting with marketing processes to ensure that information and materials are available and up to date when needed. The Talent Engagement and Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the various studios hiring managers across North America to develop a strong sense of customer service and teamwork. Ultimately, this role will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
-Partner with the talent acquisition Manager to schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews with hiring managers and their corporate and regional teams.
-Responsible for recruitment administration which includes: following up with applicants and maintaining applicant files
-Conduct pre-screening interviews to ensure candidates knowledge, skills and abilities match position requirements and candidates wants/needs match the Unispace culture, as needed.
-Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure appropriate recruiting records and statistics are maintained
-Manage job postings on a variety of external job boards.
-Proactively build and own a sourcing pipeline of diverse talent related to current openings
-Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
-Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
-Assist Talent Manager with Applicant Tracking Systems (Process, Procedures, Trainings)
-Partner with Talent Manger on branding initiatives
-Act as an ambassador of Unispace with attending networking events with the Talent Manager
-Be an integral part of the Recruitment/HR team by participating in projects, meetings, initiatives and providing your support and feedback to increase our team success and company growth
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
-At least 1-2 years’ experience Full life cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist.
-Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
-Proficient in utilizing specific sourcing tools (LinkedIn, social media …) and methodologies to leverage, locate, engage and attract prospective candidates.
-Confident, flexible, action oriented, excellent communicator who works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced and changing environment.
-Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
Showing industry-specific experience preferred.
-Showing proficiency in basic computer applications.
-Passion for Recruiting
-Coachable, organized and detailed oriented.
-Demonstrates creative and innovative problem-solving skills.
-Experience using ATS’s, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
