About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Project/Product Management Intern to join our growing team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of software development, working closely with our experienced Project Managers (PMs) and Product Owners (POs). You will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of our software products, contributing to their success from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Planning and Execution:

* Assist PMs in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
* Help track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed.
* Support the coordination of tasks and activities across various teams (development, QA, design, etc.).
* Assist in preparing and distributing project status reports and meeting minutes.

Product Backlog Management Support:

* Work with POs to refine and prioritize product backlog items.
* Assist in documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product decisions.
* Help analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for product improvement.

Communication and Collaboration:

* Facilitate communication between different stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project and product goals.
* Organize and schedule meetings, preparing agendas and necessary documentation.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Documentation and Reporting:

* Maintain accurate project and product documentation (e.g., confluence pages, JIRA tickets).
* Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ad-hoc Support:

* Provide general administrative support to the PM and PO teams as required.
* Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program from a reputable university.
* Availability to work minimum 40 hours per week during the internship period.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus, but not required – a willingness to learn is key!
* Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts is a plus.
