We are seeking an Integration Specialist ("IS") to actively contribute to and support the planning and implementation of crucial strategic projects. This role is hands-on and integral to the continuous growth and advancement of our company. The primary focus of the position is to execute key operational details necessary to facilitate specific strategic changes. The Integration Specialist will collaborate with regional and national leaders and legal counsel to ensure efficient task execution. This role offers a career path leading to progressively responsible positions in various functional areas within the company, such as Operations, Integration, Legal, and more.
This is a hands-on role. In addition to executing various tasks, such as obtaining professional licenses and accreditations on behalf of the Company, you will project manage all activities for certain strategic endeavors.
This position is based in Orlando, Florida with moderate travel (up to 25%) to our offices located throughout the United States required. This is not a hybrid role. Aside from emergencies, serious weather, or the occasional need to work from home, you are expected to be in the office every day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take charge of integration projects in the context of mergers and acquisitions, guaranteeing the fulfillment of timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute comprehensive integration plans.
- Work closely with internal and external legal teams and regional operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage the transfer of professional and equipment licenses, certifications, and registrations ensuring a seamless transition and compliance with pertinent regulations.
- Gather and efficiently organize pertinent documents and data from various internal and external sources.
- Implement modifications to relevant documents and data with the appropriate external regulatory, governmental, and third-party organizations.
- Monitor the progress of changes to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with regional and functional leaders, providing them with regular updates on project progress.
- Undertake essential administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, creating or modifying presentations, and managing electronic and paper files.
- Perform analytical tasks such as monitoring and reporting on project progress using project management and presentation software.
- Fulfill tasks assigned by the VP of Company Integrations in an efficient and timely manner.
- Engage in up to 25% travel throughout the United States.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business operations, project management, or a related field required. MBA degree preferred.
- 1-2 years previous experience in related fields, such as project management, paralegal, acquisitions, and integrations.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. This includes MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
