Special Inspector

*Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, skillset, and certifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Travel to various job sites
- Perform observations, field testing, and inspections
- Document field activity and report the findings to clients and supervisors
- Communicate with various field personnel and coworkers
- Communicate with managers, show commitment as a team player, and organize work and manage time effectively
Required Qualifications:
- ICC Reinforced Concrete and ACI Field Testing
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read and write, and ability to use a computer
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one certification, such as; ICC Structural Masonry, ICC Structural Steel, and Bolting, ICC Prestressed Concrete, ICC Certified Commercial Building Inspector, DSA Masonry Special Inspector, DSA Shotcrete Special Inspector
- Previous experience performing special inspections on at least one type of construction material (such as soils, masonry, concrete, structural steel)
