Overview:  
 
Universal Engineering Sciences (UES) has an opening in our Building Inspection Department. UES is a nationwide leader in Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and Inspection, Building Code Compliance, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Building Envelope.

As the Blower Door Technician, you will be responsible for working alongside the Building Inspection Department, conducting blower door testing. If you’re reliable, have a good work ethic, and can cooperate with co-workers and clients respectfully, this is the position for you.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct blower door testing.
    • Conduct duct leakage testing.
    • Compile data and send client reports based on findings.
    • Eloquently communicate with clients and manage schedule.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Ability to load and unload equipment from a truck.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certification for Blower Door 
    • Previous experience as a Blower Door Technician
    • Previous experience working in HVAC.
