As an Sale Coordinator, you will be responsible for achieving sales and service objectives for Universal Engineering Sciences. The Inside Sales Representative is part of the sales organization and is responsible for establishing and maintaining a professional business relationship with existing and prospective customers along with growing the business with each customer until Universal Engineering Sciences becomes their primary supplier of services handled. If you’re reliable, have a good work ethic, and can cooperate with co-workers and clients respectfully, this is the position for you.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Research new and upcoming development projects
    • Reach out to new clients via email, phone call, social media, or any other necessary medium
    • Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
    • Create and deliver proposals
    • Provide essential assistance to the Business Development staff
    • Respond promptly to new inquiries while managing existing accounts
    • Coordinate all steps of proposal submission, from plan review and implementation to project submission. All proposals are to be submitted for management review at least 3 days before the submission date
    • Maintain and update Pending Proposal and Leads List reports
    • Track and follow outstanding proposals
    • If needed, attend trade show conferences
    • Attend periodic sales training where applicable
    • Provide customer service activities as required
    • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

    • College degree
    • 3-5 years experience.
    • Background in Civil Engineering is preferred but not required
