About The Job
We’re looking for a Lead System Analyst to participate in the development of the BaaS Team.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of business requirements and determination of functional requirements for projects;
- Preparation of technical assignments and specifications for projects;
- Coordinating the work of a team consisting of business analysts and systems analysts and ensuring timely completion of tasks;
- Project management and a team of analysts, understanding of Agile methodologies;
- Assessing the effectiveness of current business processes and developing recommendations for their optimization.
Requirements:
- Experience with Fintech or Banking domain is a must.
- Business Process and Requirements Analysis: Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify business needs and requirements, and formulate and evaluate functional requirements.
- Project Management: Project management experience and knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Technical Understanding: Understanding of the fundamental aspects of software development, databases, information technology and their application in a business environment.
- Good knowledge of UML notations and tools for preparing UML diagrams
- Skills in preparing technical documentation: knowledge and experience with UML notations and UML diagramming tools, experience in REST API development
- Data skills: Experience with databases and SQL skills, knowledge of data tools such as Excel and BI systems.
- Business Analytics: Experience with various types of business analysis such as SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, market analysis and others.
- Change Management: Ability to manage changes in business processes and projects, as well as the ability to provide training and support to users.

- Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various project participants, including customers, managers and technical specialists.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, ability to effectively manage, motivate and mentor team members.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to change, cope with ambiguity, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
