Requirements
- Analysis of business requirements and definition of functional requirements for projects;
- Preparation of terms of reference and specifications for projects;
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks;
- Project/Product management, understanding of Agile methodologies;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of current business processes and development of recommendations for their optimization.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of business processes and requirements: ability to analyze complex business processes, identify business needs and requirements, as well as formulate and evaluate functional requirements;
- Project management: project management experience and knowledge of management methodologies projects such as Agile and Waterfall;
- Technical understanding: understanding the main aspects of software development, databases, information technologies and their application in a business environment;
- Good knowledge of UML notations and tools for preparing UML diagrams;
- Good knowledge of BPMN;
- Technical documentation preparation skills: knowledge and experience of working with UML notations and, UML diagram construction tools, experience in REST API development;
- Data skills: experience working with databases and SQL skills, knowledge of data tools such as Excel and BI systems;
- Business Analytics: Experience working with various types of business analysis, such as SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, market analysis and others;
- Change management: ability to manage changes in business processes and projects, and also the ability to provide training and user support;
- English at the level of upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
