About the job:

At Unlimit Accounts, part of Unlimit’s global FinTech ecosystem regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus and having an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license, we provide innovative financial solutions including IBAN accounts, card issuing, payment processing, and BaaS.
In this role, you will support our diverse portfolio of clients and their needs while contributing to internal operations.

Key duties and responsibilities:

    • Display a strong understanding of each client’s business model and funds flow in order to effectively promote and upsell Unlimit’s solutions, maintain the growth of the existing portfolio, and help clients optimize their payment accounts activities.
    • Open and maintain corporate IBAN accounts for corporate clients within IT (software development, mobile apps), Gaming, Internet (online/affiliate marketing, online projects, social networks), Blockchain, E-Commerce and other fintechs.
    • Support account opening and management for key clients of the company.
    • Provide advisory to clients on payment routes and currencies, as well as cooperate with other teams on AML-related payment requests.
    • Perform the first step of customer onboarding procedures, including business and funds flow analysis.
    • Prepare the case for the onboarding team with the necessary KYB checks for low, medium and high risk clients.
    • Provide clients with superior and professional service, support, and follow-up for operational requests.

Skills and experience required:

    • 2+ years of experience in a Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development or other any Client facing role, ideally, but not limited to the banking, B2B or corporate services industry.
    • University degree or equivalent is considered beneficial.
    • Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
    • Experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs.
    • Good communication in English is a must, proficiency in any other language is beneficial.
