About the role:
Due to the constant growth and increase in the volume of work, Unlimit is looking for a Client Operations Manager to join its international team.

Responsibilities:

    • Display a strong understanding of each client’s business model in order to be an effective point of contact between the Company and clients on all operational issues concerning current payment and card accounts’ maintenance
    • Understand the needs of clients and be able to assist in optimizing clients’ payment accounts activities in order to develop stronger and more fruitful cooperation with existing customers
    • Providing clients with professional support in regard to operational requests initiated by the clients

Requirements:

    • University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field of study
    • Experience in customer support, ideally, but not limited to the banking or corporate services industry
    • Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
    • Customer service-oriented, professional and resourceful
    • Proven ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries and negotiations
    • Experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs
    • Knowledge of the English language is a must
