About the job:
As a Business Development Manager at Unlimit Crypto, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our APAC business. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, expanding our user base, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of the cryptocurrency industry and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the cryptocurrency and financial services industries to enhance the reach and capabilities of our Off-Ramp Solution.
    • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand our user base and market presence, including identifying new target markets, developing tailored marketing campaigns, and establishing strategic alliances.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets, including negotiating contracts, closing deals, and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the cryptocurrency industry, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of business objectives and seamless execution of initiatives.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to track progress against goals and identify areas for optimization.

Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or partnership management roles within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
    • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and regulatory landscape.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners and attend industry events and conferences.
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
