We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager in the payments industry to join our fast-growing fintech company. Become a key player in our  Global Account Management team, taking on the responsibility of managing enterprise merchants in the APAC region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Lead Handling and Presentations: Effectively handle incoming leads, demonstrating technical selling skills and in-depth product knowledge. Deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing merchants.
    • Relationship Management: Establish productive and professional relationships with merchants. Leverage these relationships to drive an exceptional merchant experience.
    • Commercial/Portfolio Growth: Focus on meeting merchant needs to achieve strategic and financial targets for assigned merchant accounts.
    • Feedback Loop: Act as a crucial feedback loop for the organisation. Gather merchant feedback, evaluate the evolution of merchant needs, and communicate insights to relevant functions.

Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in key account management, customer support, sales, or business development in the payments/card acquiring industry.
    • Education: University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field of study.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management.
    • Independence and Organisational Skills: Ability to work independently with strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must. The ability to speak Mandarin will be beneficial for this role.
