We are looking for an experienced onboarding manager to join our team in Mexico. You will help guide new prospective merchants through the live account application process,

supporting their queries and acting as a direct liaison between internal teams and the merchant.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Onboarding new customer applications focusing on analyzing Business Model, AML Risks, Credit Exposure and performing a level of Financial Analysis.

- You will liaise with Sales, Risk, AML and Legal as part of the onboarding process in order to ensure merchants are onboarded in accordance to our internal policies and procedures.

- You will directly manage and resolve internal and external escalations to ensure a smooth merchant experience onboarding experience.

- You will work against clearly defined SLA’s to ensure we take new merchants live quickly.

- You will work with the business to highlight opportunities to improve the merchant onboarding experience.

 

The candidate should have:

 

-Expert level of understanding of underwriting and onboarding processes with in depth knowledge of financial risks, AML requirements, and industry standard KYC processes.

-Outstanding communication skills – you will be the voice of Unlimit and will need to translate complex requirements and observations into digestible (and readily understood) discussion points with your merchant.

-Be merchant centric and have a passion for getting the merchant experience right.

-A proven ability to prioritize, multitask and keep utmost attention to detail.

-A passion for improving processes – we want someone who helps us think outside the box and find a path that is right for Unlimit and the Merchant.

-Proven experience in the payments industry

-Proficient in English
