About the Job
As a member of the Pre-Sales Development Team, you will be responsible for helping the sales team to hunt out new customers for Unlimit. You will analyze leads, support delivery of go-to-market campaigns, research businesses and clients, help coordinate customer engagements at events, and manage customer databases and analysis tools. You will work as part of the wider APAC/Global Sales Team, and you will report to Unlimit’s Pre-Sales Team Lead.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels and follow up strategically.
- Qualify leads and connect them with our sales team, arranging meetings as necessary.
- Foster relationships with prospects to deeply understand their needs, paving the way for successful collaborations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support reporting efforts and streamline processes.
- Contribute your insights to refining best practices and processes as our team continues to evolve.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to enhance targeting and messaging strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives for efficient handovers and impactful initial calls.
Requirements:

- A proven track record in sales development/presales with payment service providers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A customer-centric approach, utilising data to solve customer issues effectively and drive satisfaction.
- Strong adherence to processes and procedures, ensuring scalability and efficiency in our operations.
- Exceptional team player skills, coupled with the ability to thrive independently when necessary.
- Proficient prioritisation abilities, enabling you to manage multiple tasks with ease.
