About the job
 
Great opportunity to join an international team and to be working with fast-growing companies. Strategic Partnership Manager will secure new referral, aggregator and payment facilitator partnerships with PSPs, SaaS, FI’s, ISVs / ISOs, positioning Unlimit as a leading global payment infrastructure partner. 
 
You will be responsible for building long term, revenue impacting partnerships with reputable brand partners, offering our card acquiring (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and alternative payment methods (e.g. Alipay, Apple Pay, Paypal, etc.).

Job responsibilities: 
 
- Drive revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, FinTechs, Consultancy partners, System integrators / Referral agencies and eCommerce shopping cart platforms.
- Building and executing go-to-market strategies to optimise partner collaboration, merchant acquisition, brand awareness and education to ensure Unlimit are the partner of choice.
- Become an expert on Unlimit’s product offering and capabilities, solution and customer orientated, and feedback new opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Be agile, moving quickly to build a world-class ecosystem of commercial partnerships to advance Unlimit drive transaction processing volume.
- Build local partnership strategy plan, identifying strategic partners to secure commercial agreements with, building long term account plans with strategic partners and deliver sustainable growth.
- Focus on the continuous improvement of partner experience, improve processes for partners, their merchants and Unlimit.
- Lead and attend partner customer industry events, and other in-person meetings to build strong relationships to become the partner of choice in region.
 
Your experience and mindset:
 
- 5+ years of B2B partnerships experience and in Payments, eCommerce, Financial Services or Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales businesses
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both verbally and in writing.
- Able to build long term, mutual partnerships, showing strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proven track record and network in Payments, Fintech, Web Development Agencies / System Integrators, SaaS, eCommerce Shopping Cart Platform industries is desirable.
- A team player, with a fantastic attitude to problem solving, building relationships and willingness to undertake domestic and occasional business trips.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to be a part of a rapidly expanding business.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals with new partners at C-suite, Director, and Senior-Level.
- Excellent at building relationships, with a great attitude, works smart and likes to have fun. Experience working cross-functionally with other business teams such as finance, legal, product, sales and marketing.
- Team player, result-oriented, and with excellent communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines, activity, attentiveness, discipline.
- Commercially driven individual with a goal-oriented attitude and excellent negotiations skills.
- Driven by the results and capacity for innovation in the payments space, and passionate in your willingness to create value.
- A self-standing associate with the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
