Responsibilities:

    • Creation of onboarding and training programs.
    • Development of competency models and career paths.
    • Determination of training needs and creation of an employee development plans.
    • Audit of the current system of training, assessment and adaptation of personnel.
    • Building a system of training and assessment of personnel in accordance with the company's development strategy.
    • Management of HR and T&D development projects as a trainer and facilitator.
    • Creation of courses in various formats: video courses, training courses, interactive longreads, tests.
    • Organizing and conducting trainings and seminars.
    • Tracking the effectiveness of training programs and reporting.
    • Supporting the succession planning program to support and develop talented employees.
    • Budget control and performance reporting.
    • Implementation, administration and optimization of onboarding and evaluation processes on the Humaans platform, automation of the L&D process.

Requirements:

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in T&D.
    • Proven successful experience in developing and implementing training and development strategies that meet the company's goals.
    • Experience in developing training programs and training methodology.
    • Deep knowledge of evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Practical experience in integrating technologies and digital tools into training.
    • Experience in managing evaluation and succession planning programs.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Relevant certificates and coaching experience.
