About Unlimit

Unlimit is the global fintech powerhouse behind the world’s largest proprietary payments infrastructure.
Founded in 2009, Unlimit operates across 17 global offices with 700+ experts, seamlessly integrating 1,000+ payment methods into a single platform. From London to São Paulo, we empower businesses to scale across borders with a unified suite of financial tools — including payment processing, alternative payment methods, multicurrency business accounts, card issuing, banking-as-a-service, and crypto on- and off-ramps.
Our mission is to break down financial barriers and enable seamless money movement across borders. We give forward-thinking businesses the tools to accept, send, and manage payments effortlessly, wherever they operate.

Your Impact:

    • Originate, negotiate, and close new commercial acquiring partnerships with banks, PSPs, eCommerce platforms, system integrators and other industry players.
    • Build and execute a structured pipeline of high-value opportunities, with measurable impact on merchant acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Lead end-to-end deal cycles at a senior level: identifying prospects, aligning strategy, structuring commercial agreements, and driving execution.
    • Build and scale a global Partnerships team with a clear revenue focus, ensuring sustainable and repeatable growth across regions.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Marketing to launch new initiatives and maximise the value of every partnership.
    • Own and optimise performance metrics for the partnership's revenue stream: pipeline conversion, contribution to merchant revenues, ROI, and partner expansion.
    • Represent Unlimit at industry events, positioning the company as the partner of choice for acquiring and payments innovation.

What we’re looking for:

    • 10+ years in senior partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership roles within Payments, FinTech, eCommerce, or SaaS.
    • A proven track record of originating and closing major acquiring/commercial partnerships at C-suite level.
    • Deep understanding of the acquiring ecosystem (banks, PSPs, merchant aggregators, and platforms) and its commercial drivers.
    • Experience building and scaling international teams and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to design and execute scalable partner acquisition strategies.
    • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills; confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
    • Highly results-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, global environments.
    • Willingness to travel internationally.

What we offer:

    • Full ownership of a global revenue stream, with the mandate to build and scale Unlimit’s commercial acquiring partnerships worldwide.
    • The chance to create and shape a new direction for the business — leading landmark deals, opening new markets, and designing the global partner ecosystem from the ground up.
    • Direct access to and influence with the executive leadership team, contributing to Unlimit’s international growth strategy at the highest level.
    • The opportunity to represent Unlimit on the global stage: travelling internationally, meeting with senior industry stakeholders, and participating in flagship fintech and commerce events.
    • A truly international team and a company culture that thrives on pioneering new markets, where innovation, ambition, and results are recognised and rewarded.
