Now, we’re expanding our People & Culture team and looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who can match our energy, drive, and passion for people.
As the HRBP in Hong Kong, you’ll be the go-to champion for all things People, providing strategic partnership and day-to-day support to our APAC teams. You’ll collaborate across regions, coach leaders, and ensure Unlimit’s culture thrives as we scale in one of our fastest-growing markets.
Here's what you'll own:
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders and managers to support workforce planning, performance management, team development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- People Ops & Compliance: Handle employee lifecycle activities (onboarding to offboarding) and ensure HR policies are compliant with Hong Kong labor laws and regional standards.
- Talent & Culture: Drive employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and team events that make working at Unlimit exciting and meaningful.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and coach managers with empathy and clarity.
- Performance & Development: Support annual and mid-year performance cycles, provide feedback tools, and drive development plans across teams.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use HR analytics to inform decisions, report on KPIs, and recommend solutions for retention, engagement, and growth.
- Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to regional or global HR projects—whether it's scaling onboarding, refreshing policies, or piloting new engagement strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- You’ve got 5+ years of experience in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or People Partner role, ideally in tech, fintech, or high-growth environments.
- You're fluent in English and Cantonese, with a strong grasp of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.
- You're proactive, solution-oriented, and able to balance empathy with strong business acumen.
- You’ve coached managers, mediated conflicts, and rolled up your sleeves to help teams thrive.
- You love autonomy, thrive in ambiguity, and see change as an opportunity—not a problem.
