About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will create advanced B2D products and improve the BaaS (Banking as a Service) product, reaching global heights. Your focus will be on identifying growth opportunities based on research and data, collaborating with development, sales, support, and other teams to transform these insights into impactful business results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the BaaS (banking as a service ) product growth strategy.
- Manage the product throughout its entire lifecycle.
- Collaborate with development, sales, support, accounting, and other departments.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and target audience needs.
- Define technical requirements and specifications for the development team.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with market requirements.
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics, optimizing processes accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience working with B2D (business-to-developer) and financial products.
- Deep understanding of BaaS, API interfaces, and the ability to work with them.
- Experience in creating clear and competitive API documentation.
- Ability to manage not only the development team but also business teams (sales, implementation, support, accounting).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships within the company and with partners.
- Experience working with data and making data-driven decisions.
