We have world-class asset managers as design partners and customers. When combined with our $10M in funding and highly experienced team, we are poised to reshape the financial research landscape. Should you join our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving this success.

Job Description
We’re looking for an early-stage sales lead to build and own our go-to-market motion from the ground up.

You’ll be our first dedicated sales hire — responsible for shaping and executing our outreach strategy, owning the sales funnel end to end, and turning early customer wins into repeatable processes. This includes driving high-touch outreach to a curated list of VIP prospects, partnering closely with our strategy and product teams, and shaping the way we grow within the ecosystem of RIAs, hedge funds, and asset managers. Your job will be to deeply understand the workflows of institutional public equity investors and translate that understanding into an effective sales motion, strategic conversations, and long-term client relationships.

This is a perfect fit for someone with strong early-stage sales experience and a track record of closing complex deals — especially in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with the public equity or financial services world is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

    • Drive and close deals: Manage the full sales cycle from first touch through contract to generate repeatable revenue.
    • Grow top-of-funnel pipeline: Identify top targets and determine outreach sequences and strategies to initiate a relationship.
    • Execute end-to-end sales cycle: Map key stakeholders, tailor pitches to client needs, and work with customer success team on onboarding processes to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction.
    • Quarterback post-sales teams to ensure strong deployment and customer experience and manage growth and renewal processes.
    • Optimize go-to-market motion: Build compelling demos, refine messaging, and develop sales tools to accelerate a scalable, repeatable sales process.
    • Create sales playbooks that scale: Codify what’s working, test new messaging and channels, and lay the foundation for a long-term go-to-market engine.
    • Collaborate with the executive, strategy & ops, and product teams to define sales goals, objectives and KPIs.
    • Shape future of sales function: As an early GTM hire, bring a strong perspective on how to build and scale the sales organization over time.

Qualifications & Who You Are

    • A strong product intuition, and the ability to translate customer needs into crisp demos and value articulation.
    • Must Experience in financial services, legal, insurance, etc. is a bonus
    • Prior work selling and delivering products in new or early stage markets
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
