What you will do in this role

Join RenderWolf as one of our first Data Scientist and collaborate with our Engineering, Science and Product teams to pioneer the integration of advanced multimodal generative AI models, including Stable Diffusion, into tools that empower game studios.

You will

    • Implement Advanced AI Models: Experiment with state-of-the-art multimodal AI models to innovate and tailor solutions that meet the unique demands of art teams in game studios.
    • Optimize AI Pipelines: Boost the efficiency and effectiveness of our AI pipelines, ensuring smooth development of AI solutions that enhance game development.
    • Lead AI Processes: Establish and refine AI-centric workflows, including data labeling and management of experimental hypotheses. Lead efforts in organizing and executing controlled experiments, ensuring the continuous evolution and validation of our AI models and techniques.
    • Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI advancements, incorporating cutting-edge methods swiftly to maintain RenderWolf's technological leadership.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, AI researchers, and product managers to weave AI technologies into user-friendly game development tools seamlessly.
    • Knowledge Sharing: Lead a culture of learning and innovation by regularly sharing insights and best practices in AI and machine learning.

What you need to excel in this role

    • Master's or higher degree in Computer Science; advanced experience in Computer Vision
    • Must have professional or academic experience with Stable Diffusion or similar multimodal AI models required.
    • Must have a proven track record of developing and leading significant AI/ML projects in a commercial or academic setting.
    • Mastery of Python, C++, CUDA, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
    • Capability to build software tools that enhance research productivity through automation, experimentation, prototyping, and evaluation
