We are looking for an HR Generalist for our Phoenix office. You will be the first one in this role and will help our fast growing operations team! You will get the opportunity to help set the culture and tone of the office.

Responsibilities:
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Working closely with headquarters in San Francisco
Setting up new hire orientations & benefits overviews
Handles employee relations counseling
Conducting exit interviews

Skills:
3+ years experience in human resources
Bachelor's degree
Financial services experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in dynamic fast paced environment
Positive attitude and sense of humor
