We are looking for a Senior Analyst for our Investor Operations team in our San Francisco office. You will be one of the first in this role and will help build our Investor Operations team from the ground up! You will get the opportunity to help set the culture and tone of the team.
The Investor Operations team is responsible for supporting the investor sales team, assisting in onboarding of new investors and managing requests from existing investors. This position reports into the Director of Investor Operations.
Collaborate with the investor sales team to develop best-in-class investor experience and document investor operations procedures
Work with product managers and engineers to ensure integrity of investor data reports, Reconciliation, automation of investor reporting and timely customization of reports based on investor needs
Manage the on-boarding of new investors including account opening and documentation review
Assist with a variety of activities related to the daily operations of the sales team
Build relationships with institutional investors, warehouse providers, custodians, backup servicers, etc.
Expand current systems to accommodate new products in a more efficient and robust risk decision process
Must to be willing to conduct hands-on data mining and data analytics. Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes to drive quality, efficiency and enhance the customer experience
3+ years of experience in investor operations at a financial technology or asset management firm
Advanced Excel knowledge and SQL and Tableau experience a plus
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Good judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented and a strong client service orientation
Business-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and resolve issues with minimal supervision
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and recognize and focus on critical issues
Flexibility to prioritize, balance and respond to competing needs within the organization
